About the project
E.SUN Securities runs part of its internal operations through an admin console: staff logins, content management, and the day-to-day screens people work in. The one they had was badly dated, so the whole thing was redesigned rather than patched. What carried over were the workflows — staff had to find their jobs where they left them — while the interface itself was rebuilt from nothing.
I built it end to end over three months, from the empty repository through to the last feature, and handed it over for maintenance once it shipped. Vue 3 with Pinia for state, and no UI library at all: the console follows its own design rather than a component kit's defaults, so every table, form and dialog in it is hand-built.
The other constraint was reach. The console had to keep working on the older browsers still in use inside the firm, which shaped what we could reach for at every turn.
