About the project

TenChamp supplies industrial climate equipment in Taiwan: chemical dehumidifiers, humidifiers, heat exchangers, heat recovery, central vacuum systems. Their site predated responsive design, and it showed.

I rebuilt it alone over about a month, to the designer's comps, and stayed on for the maintenance afterwards. Hand-written HTML, Sass and jQuery, a lightbox for the product galleries, case studies, and spec sheets to download.

Nothing exotic. But industrial buyers arrive from a phone, often standing in the plant they are buying for, and the old site had never been built for that.
